  LisaRose: That is so helpful. A few years ago I had problems with my blood pressure,

  so I ask you friends here and walking was a way to lower your blood pressure, the comments

  from most. Well I lower my blood pressure by walking.

  So the same with Vertigo, I know I should see my doctor but the advice from you folks are

  so helpful. Thanks again.

  Richard: That was my next question,"how to prevent it from coming back".

  I will check out Niacin.

  Tweetie: Yes I have a doctor appointment in two weeks. I wish someone had told

  me what to look forward to when I become a senior, all kind of weird stuff happen to

  your body.

  GT: I don't believe I punctured my ear, I can hear just fine. But after reading all the

  comments today the wife went out and purchased a box of Meclizine 25mg (motion sickness).

  That really helped, I feel a lot better. But I will see when I go to bed tonight, that's when

  it's really bad. Benign Paroxysmal Vertigo are my symptoms, when I move my head while

  sleeping that's when the earth move..

  Come on, God should understand if Satan went to him and said, "look

  God I was young, I got bigheaded. I had a few angels agreeing with me on your

  leadership, it was cruel we thought. But after thousand of years I'm beginning

  to understand what you are trying to accomplish. Can a son get a break, Father.

  Satan, God I'm sorry for my misdeed, will you forgive me. What would God do? Tell Satan

  no way in hell you are forgiven. It would certainly cause a dilemma in Heaven. How

  do we not know that some of the fallen Angels have not come back in God's grace.

  When Satan is locked up in the abyss for 1000 years Rev only mention Satan, it doesn't

  say that Satan and his followers. I'm sure a few of those fallen angeles thought, Satan is BS.

  So if Satan apologize there will be no need for fire and brimstone. Satan comes

  back(prodigal Son), they shake hands and all is good.

  It's no need for all this unnecessary violence. So all you believers should be praying that Satan repent.

  I really appreciate all your comments. After reading about your experiences I

  realize this is common. For me I thought I would see you folks on the other side,

  never experience this before, I'm 68 years old.

  I think this may have caused it. While taking a shower and shampooing my hair,

  shampoo, soap and whatever got into my ear. So what did I do, Q-tip to clean out

  my ear. That's when my Vertigo hit me.....I think I went too deep in the inner ear.
